‘Red 7’ of the RAF Red Arrows aerobatic display team (reg: XX311) breaks away from the rest of the pack and starts his run to perform the ‘Opposition Barrel’ manoeuvre where he flies straight towards a team-mate flying towards him in the opposite direction, both pilots performing a barrel roll at the last second to avoid a collision.
