Serene Sunrise

The weekend before lockdown was announced due to the Covid 19 pandemic I was lucky enough to find myself up in Glencoe. I had always seen photographs of ‘The Cauldron’ but I have never had the opportunity to seek it out. So knowing that the government could impose travel restrictions at any moment I pushed myself to go, because it could be awhile before I got the chance again. So at 2am in the morning I jumped in the car and made my way up to Glencoe.

After arriving there and waiting for the sun to rise I was treated to a spectacular sight in the most spectacular jaw-dropping surroundings. It’s times like those I am glad I chose to do photography.
