The Loup Of Fintry is a stunning waterfall on the River Endrick located in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Made up of lots of smaller waterfalls and chambers, the water flows and cascades over the falls down into the valley below. The total height of the waterfalls is 28.6 m (94 ft).
The Loup is a location that I had always wanted to visit. Indeed I had tried to visit it a couple of times before but I was unable to find it. But after doing some more research on it’s exact location I was determined to finally reach my goal.
I was very lucky that particular day. The sun set right in the ‘V’ of the valley and projected the most spectacular colours onto the surrounding clouds.
It’s a location that I plan to visit again sometime, but I know that it will never be the same again.
